CL351 crawler pneumatic DTH drilling rig powered by air compressor,the rock drilling machine is equipped with a high power pneumatic motor, the heavy-duty hydraulic drill arm and the main parts are all imported from famous international brands, which guarantee the reliable quality of the air track drill, especially realize much less energy consumption of rolling fraction than that of sliding fraction and make the wear of sliding framework be lower,the CL351 wagon drill have been produced more than 20 years.
Characteristics
1. Slewing reducer utilizes compound epicyclic reduction gear for speed reduction with an output torque of 2510N.m and a slewing speed of 0-72rp/m
2. The heavy duty structural sliding framework equipped with manganese steel slide can withstand high torque and resist distortion, which greatly extended the service life of sliding framework.
3. A swing oil cylinder is equipped on each side of frame to enable the crawler floats within 15°,and keep the drill balanced during operation.
4. The use of hydraulic and pneumatic operations of centralized control console is safe and convenient.
5. All crawlers are powered by the air motor respectively and driven by the closed reduction gear. And the gradeability is 35°
